Is This Necessary?

I think this is just more bullshit hype.



Isn't interfering with voters illegal already? What's with this "restraining order" bullshit? Then again, maybe Trump supporters are more familiar with a restraining order than with election laws.





Still seems unnecessary hype. On the third hand, maybe democratic voters in Ohio will feel safer going to the polls if they have a restraining order in place.  At any rate, they have one.  In the end, the court granted the temporary restraining order against Trump, Stone and Stop the Steal, not the Republican Party.




Particulars are in the document, including barring any of those under the order to get within ten feet of voters at the polls,  "gathering or loitering, or otherwise being present without the intention to vote" and "engaging in voter intimidation activity."

I wonder if this is just the first of a string of these types of orders in other states.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
