I would have said "both", but that's nitpicking.According to the rules for Democratic precincts, ties between two or more candidates can be broken by a coin toss.
The Des Moines Register reported at least two instances of decisions by coin toss, all breaking for Clinton.

I think we all know the answer to that.
Huge win for Bernie no matter how you slice it. And who would O'Malley's 0.6% go for? (He, of course, will not continue to embarrass himself and is dropping out.) And if those two (at least) coin tosses had gone to Bernie. (RT says it was SIX tosses that all went to Clinton.)
Mark off one argument the Dems had about Bernie: that he's not electable.
On to New Hampshire next...
