And That's How You Shut Down Dissent

Video at the link above shows the cuffing arrest of a reporter covering protests on I-94 in Minneapolis. It's his fault, of course.  The policeman reminds him that he told him "100 times" to leave, and he didn't.   The guy was covering the news for Fox.  I wonder what Fox and Fox fans think of the arrest.

It was a Black Lives Matter protest over police refusal to release video of their killing of Jamar Clark.

As with any protest, this one has the vocal, rabid anti-protest crowd and the "I support them, but this is not the way to do it; we have ample venues for protesting correctly" crowd.  It's okay to protest, but not if it's visible and not if it interferes with our daily lives.   In other words, if it has any chance of being effective.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
