STOP THE PRESSES

This just in...

This is NOT the court he thought he was buying. Pro-Trump votes were from Alito and Uncle Thomas. Trump appointees Kavanaugh and Gorsuch voted with the liberals and Chief Justice Roberts to reject Trump's claim of immunity.

And what's more, this is a win for the Manhattan DA, not federal courts, so there's nothing Bill Barr can do about it.

And Trump was already fuming an hour ago about something he saw on Fox.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

UPDATE: His first tweet...

Arguments to continue won't help here. He lost in the "Lower Court" in the first place. That's how it got to the Supreme Court.

PLAYER: For all anyone knows, nothing is. Everything has to be taken on trust; truth is only that which is taken to be true. It's the currency of living. There may be nothing behind it, but it doesn't make any difference so long as it is honoured. One acts on assumptions.
