It makes me think of the fact that we only recently learned that a secret deal was made with Spiro Agnew that if he would step down from his role as Vice President, he wouldn't be tried for receiving bribes in his White House office, which had been happening all along.
Who knows what people in the future will learn about what's happening today? A shame we don't get to know in real time.
