If you think Jill Stein got in Hillary's way, try some basic addition: 47.7 + .7 = 48.4.
Don't try to add Gary Johnson in there to get 50.6, because Libertarian voters take away votes from Republicans, not Democrats. Libertarians are not small government voters, they're virtually NO government voters. Definitely not Democrat votes. So, without Gary Johnson, you would most likely have ended up with 2.2% MORE for Trump, and since he won anyway, Johnson voters did him no harm. And, unfortunately, Johnson didn't get the 5% needed to have the Libertarian party get automatically included at the big table for some general election funding. Sad!
You can add the .3% for others to Jill Stein if you like.
Go figure out what's wrong with your party, Dems.
Maybe next time third parties will do better. If we get a next time.
And, if you're thinking (correctly) that the location of the votes matters because of the electoral college:
My updated 3rd-party analysis. Omission of Stein alone gives HRC WI+MI. Omission of all 3rd parties gives her MI. She still loses. pic.twitter.com/gkv40Jgxsb— Leftist lupus (@pseudoscorpione) November 9, 2016
