Typical

It says the plaque is there "to commemorate completion of the first section of President Trump's border wall."  Aside from the fact that the first section of the wall hasn't been funded yet (perhaps the prototype is the first section?), he's naming the wall for himself.  Third world authoritarian much?

If he ever does any infrastructure work (a long shot), will he have a plaque with his name put on every structure?

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

UPDATE:

Here's the story.
The 30-foot barrier falls short of the image of a solid border wall along the US–Mexico border that Trump conjured during his presidential campaign. The 2.25-mile-long barrier has space between each metal post, and it replaces a fence that was made of landing mats from the Vietnam War.

[...]

[T]he project had been planned before Trump even announced his presidential candidacy in 2015.
