Indeed, that may be the precursor to Trump firing Rosenstein. Jess Sessions is a much more maleable - and constitutionally corruptible - person to have at DOJ. And I suppose the firing of Rosenstein could be a precursor to firing Mueller.
This could get even crazier than it already is. Trump doesn't seem smart enough to avoid cutting off his nose to spite his face. (The tanning bed might be too slow.)
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
