So, this seems to be apart from the leaks already published in the NYT article. Emails referred to in that article cover Native Hawaiian rights, DOT affirmative action regulations, warrantless surveillance, abortion rights, confirmation of another judge, and campaign finance disclosure. The NYT says these documents were provided by "an unknown person."Sen. Cory Booker said that he would defy the rules of the Senate and release confidential documents related to Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to be the next Supreme Court justice.
