In the Kavanaugh hearing just now, Whitehouse is hammering Kavanaugh about his precise wording being an intentional deception in order to allow him to kick out a Mueller subpoena of Trump, and Kavanaugh keeps saying the same vague thing over and over without answering. So, I'm gonna take that as a yes, that's exactly what I'm doing.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
