It was unclear what caused the collapse. White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt later told reporters that the man was a guest of one of the health care companies in attendance, Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk.

P.S. The man who dropped was a guest of Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly patient who had experience taking a GLP-1 weight loss drug. Trump is trying to get the drug companies to lower the price. Not a great advertisement.
