I'd say it's fucking insane, but the point is, it will cost a lot of money to defend a case even though it's a losing claim, and that will chill other naysayers and reporters who don't say nice things about his highness.
The only remedy I see is a whole lot of excellent pro bono work from lawyers who want to defend democracy.
Such a snowflake.
What did it cost? Marc Elias is, himself, a lawyer.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
