I'm of two minds about this. I don't think this asshole belongs in Congress, but there are a whole bunch of people who elected him to represent them there. Maybe those are the people who should have the say in whether he gets expelled. On the other hand, he's voting on things that affect the whole nation.
Also, Santos now says he won't seek re-election.
