Republican legislators in Wisconsin have decided they don't like where the newly elected judge Janet Protasiewicz will vote on issues, so they want to impeach her before she gets a chance!
Republicans are anti-democratic and increasingly prone to unlawful activity.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
