In other words, there wll be no discussion at the University of Idaho by any employees (which includes teachers in classrooms), because who the hell knows what one person might think is NOT "completely neutral". Whatever happened to freedom of speech in this country? The University of Idaho is not a private facility. I'm going to guess there will be a court challenge.
