January 6 criminal liability

If you didn't get to - or want to - watch Thursday's January 6 Committee hearing, Dahlia Lithwick has an interesting interview with Ryan Goodman about the legal ramifications and who might be up a creek without a paddle.

P.S.  Ginni Thomas should be investigated for trying to overturn the election, but I have a feeling we won't be hearing anything about her from the Committee.*

At least Republicans can feel safe if (when?) they retake the House in November that Clarence Thomas won't get impeached.
