Russian officials said Friday that Ukrainian helicopters struck an oil depot in the Russian city of Belgorod, about 20 miles from the border with Ukraine. Ukraine has not confirmed the attack.

Assuming they didn't do it, who did? What happened?A top Ukrainian security official has denied accusations by Russia that Ukraine was behind an attack on an oil depot in the Russian city of Belgorod, Reuters reports.
Speaking on national television, Ukraine’s Security Council secretary, Oleksiy Danilov, said:
For some reason they say that we did it, but according to our information this does not correspond to reality.
