He was absent from the Biden inauguration, and from the funerals of John Lewis and Barbara Bush, too. He doesn't seem to want to be a part of the pantheon of US presidents. So how about his portrait being absent from the official presidential photo gallery? I'm for it.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
