UPDATE:
Who is apparently getting no more backing from the State Department than Marie Yovanovitch did.
She's also the person who took notes while listening to that "perfect" call to Zelensky and noted that indeed Burisma was specifically mentioned by Zelensky, though through some strange magic, it didn't show up on that released transcript.
