I think these statements were provided before Kavanaugh's Thursday testimony. Not sure. But that's why I assume Kavanaugh cribbed off Dudley, rather than the other way around. Or else a third person wrote up a guide for both of them. Don McGahn? (Why did Kavanaugh feel the need to state that he had written his opening statement all by himself?)
