I don't get it. Does Mueller not have the power to subpoena those transcripts in an unredacted form? That seems like a huge flaw in the law pertaining to independent counsel. Are they redacted by the GOP committee or by a national security agency? I'm assuming by the committee.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
