You know what would be funny? If, after setting up a Trump-Putin meeting, at the last minute Putin called it off for some reason, totally owning the Asshat in Chief, like he did when Trump went over for the Miss America pageant. And Bolton was the one who got to sit with Vlad. Trump can't just pick up the phone and set up a meeting with the boss.
Interesting, but not surprising. Theresa May has managed to keep a semi-cowtow going, unlike Macron and Trudeau, and the Italian PM is as much a Nazi as Trump. Looking to form the Axis of Weasels.
