What's wrong with "the memo"
If I thought for a moment Congress would actually rein in FBI abuses and provide oversight that prevented things like destroying whistleblowers rather than protecting them and setting up mentally ill and disillusioned young men to get a win for the "war on terror," I'd be all for an investigation of the FBI. But that's not what will happen. It's only meant to protect the Turd in Chief.
