"May be criminalizing courtship"??  What Matt Lauer was doing was courting these women?  For one thing, that is some fucked up courting.  What woman was ever won by those actions?  And for another, he was fucking married already, asshat.

And, what about Garrison Keillor?

Oh yeah.  He's sweating.  As for the contemporaneous corroboration, I believe that's exactly what I keep seeing in every reported case.  Haven't seen it yet for Garrison Keillor, but his response makes me think it's there.
