Now we know

A couple of weeks ago, I posted some Trump tweets and asked a question:

Now we know how he knew about the "inner workings of the Mueller investigation."  He's known all along because Manafort's team has been feeding him the information. I'm sure Manafort has known all along that he's going to be getting a pardon, too, but I can only imagine how pissed off Mueller and his team are at Manafort thinking he could play them and get away with it, in essence make fools of them.  That anger has to also be aimed at Trump.  If they didn't already have ways to clean these asshole's clocks - say by sending certain charges to be tried by states' attorneys where no pardon is available - I would guess they are at work on it now.

Mob mentality is all over this deal.  Honorable attorneys who want to keep their reputations wouldn't have been involved.  We know Trump's attorneys have no honor, and we should have guessed Manaforts don't either.  Here's a discussion between two former federal prosecutors, Ken White and Renato Mariotti, about just how serious and unprecedented this is.
