After making it seem as though the DOJ is going to investigate Clinton Foundation (and news reports have indicated the same, Sessions, having been goaded by a member of his own party, says there's not enough evidence to open an investigation.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
UPDATE: There is some discussion about what he meant, as what he said was in answer to Rep Jordan's demand that facts and events "look like" illegal activity on the Clinton Foundation part. He said, "Looks like" is not enough basis."
FURTHER UPDATE:
Representative Biggs is asking Sessions to clarify. He simply states that he is not making a statement one way or the other, but that it will take convincing evidence to open an investigation.
