Last Minute Cuba Policy Change

The Obama administration is ending the policy that granted residency to Cubans who arrived in the United States without visas.

That’s according to a senior administration official, who said the policy change was effective immediately.

The official said the U.S. and Cuba have spent several months negotiating the change, including an agreement from Cuba to allow those turned away from the U.S. to return.

Number one: I didn't know there was such a policy, and number two: I'm assuming the deal was made so that Cuba would take back refugees before Trump's anti-immigration policy has a chance to do something worse to them. Maybe we'll learn more when the official announcement is made.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
