About That Stupid Wall

Trump signed orders aimed at cracking down on illegal immigration by creating more detention centers, increasing the number of federal border agents and withholding federal funds from cities that do not comply with federal immigration law.

Trump said construction of a wall will take place “as soon as we can physically do it … I would say in months.”

The Republican representative whose district includes more miles of U.S.-Mexico border than any other came out against President Trump’s new executive action ordering the “immediate construction” of a border wall to block undocumented immigrants from entering the United States.

“Building a wall is the most expensive and least effective way to secure the border,” Rep. Will Hurd (R-Tex.) said in a statement late Wednesday.

House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.) said Wednesday night that Congress would appropriate money for the project and explore “different ways of getting Mexico to contribute.”

They are really going to initiate this stupid stunt.
Trump bluntly said Thursday that it would be better to cancel his scheduled meeting later this month with the Mexican president if he continues to refuse to pay for a wall on the border.

Trump's pushback came after Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto said -- again -- on Wednesday that his country "will not pay for any wall," Trump tweeted that they should just skip their planned January 31 meeting at the White House.

You want to talk to the Inflatable Rooster, you're gonna have to genuflect.

After witnessing spokescreature Sean Spicer stumble through Peña Nieto's name in that infamous "press conference", I have no doubt that the Trump ass-kissers (which includes Trump since he kisses his own ass 24/7) call him President Piñata in private. Will he be Mexico's new Santa Anna and sell out?

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
