Low, Melania, Low

Melania Trump says her husband was "egged on" in the 2005 tape in which he made lewd comments about his own sexually aggressive behavior toward women.

[...]

She said they were engaged in "boy talk, and he was led on -- like, egged on -- from the host to say dirty and bad stuff."

"I said to my husband that, you know, the language was inappropriate. It's not acceptable. And I was surprised, because that is not the man that I know," the wife of the Republican presidential nominee said in an exclusive interview with CNN's Anderson Cooper, which is set to air at 8 p.m. ET Monday.

"And as you can see from the tape, the cameras were not on -- it was only a mic. And I wonder if they even knew that the mic was on," she said, referring to Trump and NBC's "Access Hollywood" host Billy Bush.

Because that would make it okay if they didn't know the mics were on. What I'm pretty sure of is they didn't think it would ever become public, so they probably didn't care whether the mics were on.

Nice throwing Bush back under the bus. He's already lost his career.

"Boy talk" from a 60-year-old-man.

I don't think this is going to do what they hope it will. It's highly likely she didn't have any choice in the matter, but she's about as believable as Anthony Gilberthorpe. I think it would have been wiser to let it die down. Apparently the Trump campaign really does believe no attention is bad attention.

Tighten those pores, girl, before he turns you in for something a bit younger, whether you do whatever he tells you to or not.  Number four is waiting.

..but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
