WTF?

Giuliani is trying to out-Trump Trump, who said that Obama is the founder of ISIS and Trump spokeswoman Katrina Pierson who said Obama is responsible for the death of American soldier Humayun Khan killed in action in 2004.
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani on Monday said terrorists failed to successfully strike the United States in the eight years before President Obama and former secretary of State Hillary Clinton took office.

"Under those eight years, before Obama came along, we didn't have any successful radical Islamic terrorist attack in the United States," Giuliani said Monday ahead of a speech by Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on foreign policy.

"They all started when Clinton and Obama got into office."

  The Hill
Are these people seriously looney tunes or are they trying to rewrite history?

Or is Giuliani admitting 9/11 had nothing to do with radical Islam?

Nope, that's not it.
[H]e was commending Trump's running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, for his work in Congress after 9/11.

"He's a member of the Foreign Affairs and Judiciary committees, and during the time of Sept. 11, when we went through the worst foreign attack in our history, since the War of 1812," Giuliani said.

"Remember, we didn't start this war. They did. We don't want this war. They do. And they didn't start it even in 2001. They attacked the World Trade Center in 1993 and they attacked it under the ideology of radical Islamic extremism to create a caliphate. ... Mike Pence understands this."
So, was Obama in office in 1993? September 11 (2001)? I get confused. Rudy was there.  He should know.

Looney Tunes.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
