Citizens of other first world countries (and even some that aren't) have full medical coverage.
Paraphrasing Michael Moore:
The cause of death on certificates of people who have died (~ 50,000 each year) because they had inadequate or no health insurance, should read: Because they were American.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
